Pi Boutique Hotel

This was probably my favorite hotel during my entire holiday in Vietnam. I really hope they keep up the good work. The staff were very active and friendly. I had made a mistake in my booking and accidentally reserved one extra night. I completely forgot about it. During check-in, the receptionist noticed it, made a quick call to confirm if we could adjust the reservation, and it was fixed right away. It took less than a minute. I appreciated how fast and easy it was, especially since it was my fault. I was expecting to hear something like “not possible” or “you have to wait,” but everything was handled immediately and kindly. We booked the Deluxe Attic Double Room with Balcony, and we were not disappointed. The room was nice, clean, and had a lovely view. The location was also great. You can easily walk around to explore shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice. It was simple but well prepared. It wasn’t a large buffet, but you can definitely find something to suit your taste. They had croissants, toast, eggs, and the usual basics. If I return to this area for another vacation, I will definitely book here again. To the hotel team – my best wishes and keep up the good work. I really hope the hotel is kept in good condition over time. The staff are doing a great job, but even with the best service, it's important that the place stays well maintained.
